John-Paul Morgante has over 30 years of executive level experience as a human resources and business leader. His consulting focuses on organizational and individual performance, top management team assessment and development, executive coaching, HR planning, and talent acquisition strategies. John-Paul has worked with clients in multiple industries such as ATT, United Technologies, Carrier, Best Buy, Target, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, m7 Aerospace, Elbit Systems, Morris Communications, McDonald’s, and Habitat for Humanity among others.
John-Paul is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), both professional certifications conferred by the HR Certification Institute and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Also, he is a Certified Senior Executive, a professional certification conferred by Credit Union Executive Society (CUES). He is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Academy of Management, and is listed in Who’s Who in America. He currently serves on the board of SHRM Chattanooga and Tennessee SHRM State Council.
John-Paul is a Doctoral Candidate (ABD) at Northcentral University in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership, and received his MBA from The Open University in the United Kingdom. He also holds a BA from the University of Southern California.
