A published academic author, Cheryl’s research on motivation in leaders has influenced both scholarly work and popular writing. As the owner and principal consultant of MPS, she has spent more than two decades advising CEOs, boards, and senior teams across industries on how to select, develop, and align the leaders who drive organizational performance.
