Marc Prine is an Industrial/Organizational psychologist who works with organizations to integrate empirically supported methodologies into the management of human capital. His main focus includes optimizing the selection, development, engagement, and retention of employees through the use of people analytics, assessment, and psychology. Marc has ten years of consulting experience working with organizations from financial services, life sciences, manufacturing, and both federal and local government agencies.
Marc earned his Ph.D. in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, an M.A. from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree from Temple University. He is also an adjunct professor in graduate level Statistics and has been published in the Huffington Post, Forbes, and Fast Company. |
