Mimi Stellman, MA Psychology, LPC – Consultant 
Mimi is a consultant with MPS and has more than 15 years of experiences working with large companies to improve processes, increase associate engagement and develop training for new hires and tenured associates. She has worked with many companies, most recently working nationally and internationally for Mars Inc. She enjoys assessment and analyzing data to identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to duplicate success across units. Mimi holds a Master of Arts in Psychology, Bachelors of Science in Psychology and is licensed by the state of Texas as therapist.
